BEWARE OF ILLEGAL RECRUITERS IN ONTARIO

Isang Pinoy Recruiter sa Ontario ang kinasuhan ng mga aplikante na hindi nabigyan ng trabaho matapos nilang magbayad ng CAD 6,000 bawat isa.

Ito ay naayon sa Section 7.1 ng Employment Protection for Foreign Nationals Act of 2009, na nagsaad na "No recruiter or employer shall, in connection with the recruitment or employment of a foreign national, knowingly use the services of a recruiter who has charged a fee to a foreign national in contravention of subsection"

Kaya sa mga employer o recruiters, ang dapat sinisingil ng fees ay ang employer at hindi ang worker.
